My trust is generally greater - on a very elementary level. Trust in the sense of trusting in myself, or trusting in the good of the social spiritual and economic developments that are happening everywhere, that these are the right type of challenge. And of course trusting other people too."
"The most intense moment that still gives me goosebumps to talk about: having the mountain views in front of me, simply being surrounded by and part of nature. To notice how it all has a sense, to feel that as a person I can be part of it all. Simply put, an intense feeling of gratitude."

AS WITHIN SO WITHOUT: This is the guiding principle of how I view development. For several years I worked for international industrial companies leading others while I myself grew and developed. I came to understand: only that which has occurred within myself, can I sustainably develop without on the outside. Since 2011 I have been supporting people as a coach, trainer and advisor on their individual and professional development paths.
Particularly close to my heart is creating a space for people who take on responsi-bility. Where, away from the substantial daily challenges they face, they can connect with themselves, shape this connection and focus on their own, entirely personal development. Time and again the upshot is astounding – fresh perspectives on and simpler solutions to professional challenges. Experience gleaned from my own personal development as well as working with leaders of medium-sized industry business and corporations has shown me that the core of development lies within the fundamental principles of being human.
Various levels of working with people come together in me. As a trainer of many years standing, I have worked to support teams and managers through different stages of development. As a coach and supervisor I accompany people as they work to tackle their own challenges, and as a qualified mountain and ski guide I seek to use my own enthusiasm and delight in the mountains to spark a love of this unique world of experience within the hearts of my clients. The diverse nature of my professional background means I need to be aware at all times of where I would like to direct my attention – to bring to life the different strands of my aspiration! And so my motto might be:
“EITHER YOU LOVE IT – YOU CHANGE IT, OR YOU LEAVE IT.”
